What StoryWarm Does to Prevent Infringement

  1. Prompt-level blocklist: Disney, Pixar, Marvel, DC, Studio Ghibli, Nintendo, and other major studio/character names blocked at input.
  2. CLIP similarity detection (V1+): Generated illustrations compared against a reference embedding set; cosine similarity > 0.82 triggers automatic block.
  3. C2PA Content Credentials: Every AI-generated illustration carries a machine-readable provenance signature per EU AI Act Article 50.
  4. Manual review queue: Borderline outputs routed to human review.
  5. User Terms: Explicitly prohibit copyrighted character requests.
